In the forest of the black god

Not all of the gods take so kindly to mankind. In the elder world mankind had the wisdom of the animal kingdom and they sought the warmth of the fire as the sun set. There was a time when they new that in the shadows was the black god Cernobog. Often those most at the mercy of the night was the traveler that did not reach their destination, for they were at the mercy of the shadows that danced from cernobogs wings of night. For them their only hope was in the god of light, Byelebog.
