In this session, new and current students will learn aerial silks technique including climbs, locks, and sequences in the air. More advanced students will learn drops and longer choreographic phrases in the air. Conditioning exercises for the core and upper body will also be included in each class. No previous dance training or aerial experience required, but participants should be physically fit, with a fair amount of upper body and hand strength.
Register for the entire 9-week session for $160. Returning students who have completed at least one of our beginner sessions in the past six months can use a Cabiri class punch card.
